SAN FRANCISCO
City Tour with Gray Line Tours including 60 minute Bay Cruise
This four hour tour was amazing and covered all the super sights: Golden Gate Bridge, Twin Peaks, Golden Gate park, Victorian Homes, North Beach and Fisherman’s Wharf. The driver was wonderful and had so much knowledge. In the afternoon we embarked on a 60 minute Bay Cruise, past the famous Pier 39 sea lions and along the waterfront. After sailing under the Golden Gate Bridge, we then circled around Alcatraz. This most amazing tour should not be missed!
Bubba Gumps
Family-friendly restaurant for seafood & American fare served in a fishing-boat-themed setting. Located in Pier 39. I had the famous coconut crumbed Shrimp. This is a busy and vibrant dining experience mainly suitable towards families.
LAS VEGAS
Lip Smacking Foodie Tour
A splendid guided tour of three fabulous restaurants in Las Vegas Downtown. The three restaurants that we visited were: Carson Kitchen - An open kitchen with Americana dishes; Therapy - A chic industrial setting with contemporary food; 7th & Carson - Wood fired dishes and a very arty garden setting. We also stopped at Container Park where shipping containers have been converted into boutiques and restaurants. So incredible to checkout Las Vegas City with its vibrant nightlife. Cirque Du Soleil Show KA
This AMAZING show is currently showing at the MGM GRAND! My first time seeing a Cirque Du Soleil show and went beyond my expectations. Ticket price indicator is from NZ$195.00* per person.
Grand Canyon Helicopter Tour
This was the highlight of our trip! Included is a limousine transfer to the Grand Canyon Helicopter Terminal. An early start, but we were so lucky to have a pristine day. We flew over the volcanic Black Mountains, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and Grapevine Mesa. Finally landing on the floor of the Grand Canyon, alongside the Colorado River. After a few photos we were then treated to a champagne picnic. Duration: 4 hours. Tour price indicator is NZ$609.00 per person.
Graceland Wedding Chapel
The Graceland Chapel has been a part of the Las Vegas Strip for over 70 years and is one of the most prominent chapels for a wedding in Las Vegas. A Las Vegas wedding is one of the most appealing wedding ideas to celebrities too. Jon Bon Jovi was married here. Dale was talked into a mock wedding ceremony: “Hilarious and a lot of fun!”
