This culinary brigade composers of three bakers, four pastry chefs, four kitchen chefs and two very busy dishwasher assistants. These staff get up in the early hours of the morning working hard for everyone to enjoy the taste of France. So a heartfelt thank you to all of my team working hard behind the scenes in the bakery and kitchen who all make all of us our favourite, delicious French food.
