A consumer night hosted by niche cruise agency, Quay Cruises in Apollo Drive was held on Wednesday 16th May. Highlighting some interesting trends in the luxury cruise market that show the sector is going strong, about 60 clients filled the room and mingled while nibbling on sushi and cheese with a glass of wine. Representatives from Regent Seven Seas, Seabourn and Ponant shared how special a small ship cruise can be with more space on board and a high crew to guest ratio. Quay Cruises's Michelle Malcolm says: "I definitely think that luxury cruising is growing as the baby boomers are retiring with money to spend.
