North Shore Brass Band wowed a sell-out audience at The Spencer on Byron Hotel on Mother's Day. The Takapuna hotel's ballroom was full of families honouring their mums on Sunday 13th May. 'Songs for your Mother' included performances from North Shore Brass Band's academy and main sections, with vocal and instrumental soloists also featuring. The audience was taken on a stirring musical journey with pieces from West Side Story, The Carpenters, Barry Manilow and many more. A raffle rounded off the event, with prizes from wine sponsor Lindauer. Bubbles - and nostalgic tears - flowed!
