Greetings from Sunnynook Community Centre.

What a fun Easter event Bike Sunnynook put on for our community. It was great to see so many local families at the park with their children. Check out Bike Sunnynook’s Facebook page and follow them to find out what other activities they have planned for the community.

• NZ Blood Service will be at the Sunnynook Community Centre on Wednesday 27 May. Please support this blood drive. Book an appointment on the Blood Service app or phone 0800 GIVE BLOOD (0800 448 325).
• Check out this great service - free laundry, showers and korero. Orange Sky provides a space for anyone doing it tough to access free laundry services, as well as a chat with our friendly tuao (volunteers). Everyone is welcome! Tuesdays 10am to 1pm – Salvation Army Glenfield, 4 Kaipatiki Road, Glenfield.
• AA Meetings are held at the Sunnynook Community Centre on Fridays at 12.30pm.
• Room hire available – we have a range of rooms and times available for hire at the Sunnynook Community Centre. Please note: we do not hold parties or allow alcohol at the Community Centre. For more information, please contact the office on snook.com.cen@xtra.co.nz
• Neighbourhood Support North Shore – if you would like to know how to establish a Neighbourhood Support Group or would like to organise a ‘street party’, please email nsnscoordinator.selena@gmail.com
