Ray White Milford’s Christmas Wonderland a big hit!

The Benefitz (and Channel Mag) team love getting into the Christmas spirit, so when we were asked to assist Ray White Milford with design, printing and signage for their ‘Christmas Wonderland’ initiative, we jumped at the chance.

What they created was something very similar to the Smith & Caughey Christmas experience that sadly ended with the closure of the iconic department store. Ray White Milford Christmas Wonderland dominated the impressive real estate office from 20 November to 1 December.
“Each year, we run a campaign at Christmas called Little Ray of Giving, a charity initiative fronted by our mascot Little Ray, where members of the public are invited to donate gifts under the Christmas tree for families in need,” explained Kris Cunningham of Ray White Milford. “This year, we wanted to take it to another level and transform our front of house and auction room into a magical Santa’s Grotto to become a destination on the Shore to take a photo with your family and create an experience like Smith & Caughey previously offered.”
I popped down to Ray White Milford in late November and had my own photograph with Santa. What was created with the help of our print and signage was very special. You really did get that ‘Smith & Caughey Christmas buzz’ with the friendly Ray White team adding to the festive feel.
The Benefitz team helped with exterior signage on the windows, internal display signage for the walls and Santa’s Grotto. Also, a special-shaped temporary archway was made to create the entrance to the 'North Pole'. A sleigh was created for Santa, as well as an exterior A-frame for outside the office.
Ray White Milford wanted this to be a standout Christmas experience on the Shore, and they certainly achieved that and more. A great example of a local business giving back to its community.
