Through LiiFT Aotearoa, we support boards, leaders, and teams with practical learning that connects directly to real challenges. Our upcoming 'Governance Matters Deep Dive — Finding the right people: How to recruit and retain great board members and volunteers' — focuses on one of the most common issues organisations face. This interactive, small-group Zoom session provides practical strategies to strengthen board capability and support volunteers to add value from the outset. Alongside this, our 'Social Media Series: How to activate your community on social media' supports organisations to build meaningful engagement and connection with their communities online.

Alongside this, our 'Community Accounting Programme' provides hands-on support through volunteer accountants and students, helping groups strengthen financial systems, reporting and confidence. We also continue to invest in tailored initiatives such as Talanoa Tupuaga, working alongside Pasifika communities to build leadership, capability, and connection in culturally grounded ways.
