The signature dish
Coin Coin du Chef, is a culinary masterpiece that promises to delight your taste buds. This exquisite dish features: duck breast perfectly seared to achieve a crispy skin and that is juicy and tender, offering a rich and savoury flavour; duck mousse, silky smooth and luxuriously creamy, providing a delicate contrast to the duck breast; crispy duck spring roll on the outside,  filled with succulent duck inside; and mushroom ravioli with truffle paste to help to balance the dish, brought together with chef Philippe’s secret sauce.
