Established 25 years ago, Ribbon and Blues has been under its current ownership for the past five years. Jane and Tim Francis, their son and Leo the dog, are proud Birkenhead Point residents. Jane and her family made the life-changing decision to move their successful business to a brand new North Shore location early last year, and the business has been booming ever since.
"When we first bought Ribbon and Blues five years ago, it was located in Penrose. On a personal level, it made perfect sense for us to reloacte to North Shore, but we were nervous around leaving our local client base. We're so glad we did – we absolutely love it here, and I'm so very proud of our fabulous new showroom!"
The wholesale side of the business has always been successful online, but many clients now visit Jane wand her team at their new convenient and spacious Archers Road, Wairau Valley, showroom, as well as their Christmas pop up shop which is open now - located centrally, just next to Pak 'n Save and Bunnings. The showroom creates a wonderful space to do justice to the enormous range of gift packaging available. But you needn't be overwhelmed!
