Lynda Betts from Bayleys Devonport hosted her seventeenth Pink Ribbon Breakfast on Wednesday 27 May at Dulcie in Devonport. 10 women are diagnosed with breast cancer each day in New Zealand; it's the most common cancer in Kiwi women, with 650 women dying from this disease every year. This year, Lynda's wonderful Pink Ribbon event welcomed 86 guests across two sittings and raised over $7,000. This donation will help towards life-saving education, patient support and ground-breaking medical research, and bring Aotearoa closer to a day when there are zero deaths from breast cancer.
